The Legal Recruiting Division of LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with the Michigan Branch office of a top-notch Intellectual property-focused law firm in their search for a full-time Junior IP Legal Assistant/Legal Executive Administrative Assistant.

The deliverables and credentials that our client is looking for are outlined below.

2+ years of experience working as an Intellectual Property Legal Assistant. Our client is open to candidates who have either trademark or patent experience.

Proficient with supporting partner-level attorneys and assisting attorneys with tasks regularly asked of an Executive Administrative Assistant. These include, but are not limited to:

• Calendaring • Docketing • Assisting with client correspondence • Proofreading legal documents • Entering attorneys' billable hours • Reviewing bills before they go to clients

If a candidate holds a bachelor's degree or ABA-approved paralegal certificate is preferred or not required. Our client will consider professional experience.
