Responsibilities:
The Role:
- Serve as lead advisor: manage your own senior client portfolio and recruit/support licensed agents under your brand.
- Develop and execute marketing and educational events for seniors, veteran spouses, and community groups.
- Coach and mentor your team — use ASB’s infrastructure to streamline onboarding and business growth.
- Build long-term relationships and create a renewal-rich business for years to come.

- Active insurance license, strong senior-market sales history preferred.
- Leadership mindset: you want to grow others while you grow your own book.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; comfortable with event-based marketing.
