Role Summary:

At Nuuly, getting dressed should be fun — and the Assistant Web Producer is a big part of making that happen. This role sits at the intersection of e-commerce operations and digital product experience, responsible for making sure every style that hits our subscribers' feeds is accurate, well-attributed, and ready to rent.

You'll work closely with the Web Operations team to execute the daily activation pipeline, write product copy, and keep our catalog running cleanly. You're someone who takes pride in the details, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and knows that what you publish directly impacts what our subscribers experience.

Role Responsibilities:

Product Activations

  • Execute daily product activations through our URBNCAT catalog management system.
  • Track new product through the merchandise tracking system and ensure onboarding is accurate and on time.
  • Apply correct rental and purchase configurations, attributes, and asset linkages at the point of activation.
  • Flag any data readiness issues — missing information or imagery, before they cause launch delays.

Product Copy

  • Write clear, technical product descriptions for new styles directly in our product information system.
  • Follow Nuuly's copy guidelines and naming conventions to ensure consistency across the catalog.
  • Support SEO and AEO best practices in product copy as our standards evolve.

Daily QA & Catalog Integrity

  • Conduct daily QA of newly activated and live content — checking for accuracy, image issues, and broken links.
  • Monitor the live site for filter and facet display issues and flag discrepancies immediately.
  • Maintain catalog accuracy across rental and Thrift channels.

Cross-Functional Support

  • Collaborate with Buying, Photo Studio/Styling, DC/Customer Success, and Planning to support timely product launches.
  • Respond to ticketed requests with urgency and efficiency.
  • Escalate issues to the Senior Manager before they impact the subscriber experience.
Role Qualifications:

Required

  • Exceptional attention to detail — you catch things others miss and take quality personally.
  • Strong written communication skills — clear, concise, and on-brand.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment without losing accuracy.
  • Comfortable working with technical systems and troubleshooting issues independently.
  • Proactive communicator — you flag blockers early and don't wait to be asked.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives working across functions.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with a PIM, CMS, and catalog management system (STEP, URBNCAT, or similar).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce operations or web production workflows.
  • Interest in AI tools and how they can improve operational workflows.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
The Perks:

URBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees. Availability and eligibility to specific benefits may be subject to your location and employment status. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, generous employee discounts, retirement savings and much more! For additional information visit www.urbn.com/work-with-us/benefits
