THIS ROLE IS AN ASSISTANT DIETARY MANAGER POSITION. THIS INDIVIDUAL WILL ASSIST WITH RUNNING AND MANAGING THE OPERATIONS OF THE DIETARY DEPARTMENT. WILL ALSO WORK SHIFTS IN THE DEPT TO HELP OUT. MUST BE FLEXIBLE AND WILLING TO WORK VARIOUS SHIFTS INCLUDING DAYS, EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS.
The Nutrition Coordinator works in conjunction with the Food Service Director and Registered Dietitian to meet patients’ needs in producing quality nutritional service outcomes and quality care in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
