We are looking for a full-time evening Nurse Supervisor (RN/ LPN) to

Supervisor (RN/ LPN) is to provide quality nursing care to residents,
and to supervise the day-to-day activities of nursing assistants.
Supervision must be in accordance with federal, state, & local laws and

Salary Range: $72,000 - $83,000 a year (based on years of
experience) Essential Job Functions: Reasonable accommodations may

functions. - RN supervises nursing care in accordance with rules,
regulations & guidelines governing long-term care. - Ensure all nursing
personnel assigned to you comply with written policies and procedures
established by this organization. - Ensure that all nursing personnel
comply with procedures set forth by the organization. - Assure the
implementation of resident care plans. - RN conducts assessments and
care plans appropriate for residents admitted to the facility. -
Communicate pertinent information and interpret facility policies to
residents, staff, families and visitors. - Communicate effectively will
all disciplines. - Keep DON informed of information of any changes in
resident condition. - RN charts all reports of accidents/incidents
involving residents. Follow established procedures. - All
responsibilities will be conducted in a manner that exhibits the
