Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nursing Home Administrator on behalf of a leading post-acute care provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team in the day-to-day operations of mid-sized well-positioned care center. The Administrator will ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations in maintaining a high standard of resident care.

What is needed for this position:

• Active Nursing Home Administrator license in CA
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing home administration
• Strong management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage financial performance and budgets
• Skills in developing and maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and the surrounding community
