Location: New York 14456
Pay: $736 – $840/week
Shift: Full-Time, 3x12s (07:00 AM – 07:30 PM / 07:00 PM – 07:30 AM), rotating days/nights
Provide direct patient care and support under nursing supervision
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, feeding, mobility, toileting)
Take and record vital signs; monitor and report patient status changes
Support patient comfort, safety, and rehabilitation (positioning, ambulation, ROM)
Assist with meal setup, feeding, and nutrition needs
Perform rounding, respond to call lights, and document care accurately
Float to affiliated units (SSMH) as needed
Education: High School Diploma/GED (post-secondary health/human services – preferred)
Experience:
1–2 years customer service and/or healthcare experience (Med/Surg, ED, ICU preferred) – Required
Certifications:
BLS (AHA/RQI) – Required
Skills: Strong communication, basic computer skills, patient-centered care focus
Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
Day/Night rotation required
Local candidates and CNAs accepted
Exposure to bloodborne pathogens possible
