About the Role
As a Nurse Tech, you'll be an important part of the care team, supporting residents and guests with daily needs while helping create a safe, comfortable, and compassionate environment.

What You'll Do
Assist residents and guests with daily living needs
Support nurses and clinical team members with resident care
Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Provide friendly, respectful, and compassionate support
Build trust with residents, families, and team members
Contribute to a positive team culture focused on quality care
What We're Looking For
An active CNA license in the state of Nebraska
Experience working with the elderly and providing personal care services in a long-term care, post-acute, hospital, or similar setting preferred
A caring, dependable, and team-focused approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced care environment
