Schedule Details/Additional Information: 3 12 hour shifts, 7p-7a, some weekends, some coverage on unit and some office expectations
Pay Range: $44.15 - $66.25 This position is Sign-on Bonus Eligible
Where You Will Work: ED/Observation. Triage, ED Secure, Observation for adults and pediatrics- rotating through different areas.

What Youll Do: As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
About This Location: Free Standing Behavioral Health facility - with Behavioral Health ED and inpatient units on site

Responsible for the direct provision of patient care and for assisting the manager with daily operations to include but not limited to coordination of patient care/outcomes, allocation of human and fiscal resources, communications, patient throughput, program development and oversight, patient, physician and employee rounding, selection, development, and retention of staff, clinical supervision and performance appraisal, performance improvement activities, service recovery and compliance with regulatory agency requirements. Maintains clinical and professional competency as appropriate to the population of patients served.
