Nurse Supervisor (RN)

Fusco Personnel is actively recruiting for a Nursing Supervisor to oversee clinical operations and ensure the highest standards of patient care within a home care setting. This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse who excels in leadership, care coordination, and quality assurance.
The Nursing Supervisor will be responsible for managing clinical staff, coordinating patient services, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and agency standards. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain clinical standards of care for all patients
- Supervise and support field staff, including ongoing training and performance management
- Coordinate and manage services provided to patients and their families
- Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Ensure all care is delivered in accordance with physician orders and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers regarding patient care
- Monitor and ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed
- Support infection control, quality improvement, and compliance initiatives
- Address and resolve patient care concerns and complaints
- Assist with staff development, education, and performance evaluations
- Maintain communication across interdisciplinary teams and leadership
- Participate in community outreach and support organizational growth initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience within the last 3 years
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Public Health (preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in home care or community-based healthcare preferred
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Combination of office, field, and patient home settings
- Ability to travel locally as needed
- Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and assisting patients when required
- Potential exposure to medical environments and communicable conditions
Salary Range
$73,000-$93,000
