The Supervisor provides operational leadership and shares 24-hour, 7-day accountability with the Nurse Manager for safe, high-quality, person-centered care delivery within the Fergus Falls Emergency Department. This is an RN working supervisor role and may include assigned direct-care shifts, shift coverage, or other ED assignments as needed to meet department and patient care needs. This role ensures daily operational readiness through safe staffing, effective communication, escalation, and consistent application of emergency care standards. Responsible for day-to-day operations, staff support, patient flow, and execution of care delivery while supporting quality, safety, regulatory readiness, trauma and stroke program accountabilities, and performance outcomes.

Full-time salaried-exempt working supervisory role.
Compensation
Salaried-exempt with an hourly wage range equivalent to $45.81 - $64.45/hour. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.
