Pay up to $70/hr
W2 and 1099 options available
No non-competes in our contracts!Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field
- Active or Provisional State Licensure (LCSW, LMSW, LMFT)
- Experience in a school-based setting preferred but not required

Role Responsibilities:- Conduct mental health assessments and provide individual and/or group counseling to students
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to students’ emotional and behavioral needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Monitor and document progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Participate in IEP, 504, MTSS, or other student support meetings while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations
- Provide crisis intervention when necessary and support school-wide mental health initiatives
