Job Purpose:

• The Nurse Residential Manager at LIFESTREAM BEHAVIORAL CENTER is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the residential nursing department (Dept. 082). This role ensures the delivery of high-quality care to residents, compliance with healthcare regulations, and the implementation of best nursing practices. The Nurse Residential Manager plays a crucial role in fostering a supportive and therapeutic environment for both residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the nursing staff within the residential department, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and protocols.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents, in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making improvements as necessary to maintain high standards.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures to maintain accreditation and licensure.
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including conducting performance evaluations and facilitating professional development opportunities.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to residents.
• Manage the department's budget, resources, and supplies efficiently to optimize operational effectiveness.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by residents, families, or staff in a timely and professional manner.
• Participate in strategic planning and development initiatives to enhance the services offered by the residential department.
