The average length of stay is 34 days, with patient ratios of 5:1 on days and typically 6:1 on nights. This fast-paced unit offers a collaborative environment and opportunities to build strong clinical skills while delivering exceptional patient care. Per diem Requirement:minimum of 48hrs within 6 weeks, 24hrs/weekend and holiday rotation. Requirements: BSN preferred; RN license - N.H. state or any other compact state.
