    • This hybrid opportunity combines remote work with regular in-person collaboration across Henry Ford Health locations throughout Detroit and the surrounding Metro Detroit communities.

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Partner with nursing leaders and HR teams to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and hiring.
    • Build and maintain pipelines of qualified nursing talent through networking, referrals, sourcing, and community engagement.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders by providing market insights and recruiting expertise.
    • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience through timely communication and relationship-building.
    • Participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and campus outreach initiatives.
    • Maintain accurate recruiting records and ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies.
    • Support workforce planning and continuous improvement efforts within Talent Acquisition.

    Qualifications - External

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    • Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business or other related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Minimum of 3-4 years of recruiting experience required.
    • High volume recruitment experience strongly preferred.
    • Current working experience that includes understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle process (lead generation, managing the internal/external process, extending an offer and closing a candidate).
    • Experience with applicant tracking system.
