Job Summary We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our team. You take pride in creating personalized care and treatment plans for patients. We are looking forward to finding someone who communicates effectively. This is a temporary position from Mid June for about 6 months. Someone who is driven to succeed and demonstrates an ability to care for patients with empathy and humility.
Responsibilities
You will be asked to assess, plan, implement, and monitor patient care from a primary care perspective.
Prescribe medications and evaluate patients for resolution of condition(s).
Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
Discuss observations and recommendations with supervising physician.
Qualifications
Currently licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in California.
Previous experience is appreciated however willing and able to work with new grads.
