As a provider with Alteas Health, you will deliver pulmonary-focused care within senior care facilities, managing a consistent patient volume while maintaining quality and efficiency.

What You’ll Do
Evaluate and manage acute, chronic, and episodic conditions
Develop and implement patient-centered care plans
Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic testing, including spirometry
Prescribe medications and recommend appropriate interventions
Educate patients and facility staff on treatment plans and disease management
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
Complete and oversee the patient consent process

What We’re Looking For
Minimum Requirements:
Active and unrestricted NP in applicable state
Reliable, insured transportation
Minimum of 6 months of provider experience
Preferred Experience:
2+ years in a nursing home or post-acute setting
Pulmonary experience
2+ years of provider experience
Professional Attributes
Strong clinical judgment and ability to make timely decisions
Ability to manage time effectively in a high-volume environment
Clear and confident communication
High level of organization and accountability
