CommQuest seeks a Nurse Practitionerfor ourlocations in Canton, Ohio. You will provide assessments, medications, and other medical treatment directed by your medical supervisor for clients suffering from addiction and mental health conditions. Must also be willing to see children and adolescents.

What you'll do:

  • Conduct comprehensive substance use and psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
  • Treat and diagnose co-occurring disorders medical and mental health conditions
  • Prescribe and manage medications
  • Collaborate with counselors, peers, case managers and physicians
  • Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals and families.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday; Dayshift. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Licensed APRN(CNP) through Ohio Board of Nursing with psychiatry certification.
  • Valid DEA with prescriptive authority.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a MAT/OBOT setting, psychiatric, or mental health setting.
  • Previous knowledge of mental health and/or addictions is required.
  • Must be professional and team player working together for the benefit of our clients
