MasterMind Clinic, PLLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our growing outpatient psychiatric practice. We are committed to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered mental health care in an environment where individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their treatment journey. Our clinic offers advanced treatment options, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Spravato (esketamine), as well as the convenience of an in-house pharmacy and Labcorp services to support streamlined, high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
Provide follow-up care, including lab review and consultation, utilizing in-house Labcorp services when appropriate
Administer and manage Spravato (esketamine) treatment
Collaborate with clinical staff to coordinate care, including integration with TMS services and in-house pharmacy support
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards
Qualifications:
Active, unrestricted PMHNP-BC license
DEA license (or eligibility to obtain)
Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and decision-making skills
Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (patient appointments from 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM)
Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:15 PM (patient appointments from 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM)
