PeaceHealth at RiverBend is adding a Nurse Practitioner to join the Pre-Anesthesia Testing Clinic. RiverBend is a Level II Trauma center, the largest hospital between Portland, Oregon, and Sacramento, California. Patient care and patient management for PAT Pre-anesthesia Testing Clinic are collaborating with Anesthesiologists.
Performs initial evaluation to determine if the patient can continue or should be referred directly to a supervising Attending physician. Provides pre-procedure teaching, education, discharge instructions, and reviews consent form with the patient. Performs or requests diagnostic studies as indicated upon patient evaluation and medications. Works closely with PAT surgery scheduling and clinic to provide timely elective procedures after new patient visits in the clinic, scheduling follow-up procedures and clinic visits.
Monday - Thursday, 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
