- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Compensation: $120,000–$140,000 base salary

About the Opportunity / A Day in the Life
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Dermatology NP or PA seeking a balanced, high-quality outpatient practice environment with strong earning potential and predictable weekday hours. Providers in this role care for a diverse dermatology patient population across medical, surgical, and cosmetic services while working alongside an experienced clinical team.
Your day will include a mix of patient evaluations, treatment planning, follow-up visits, procedures, and cosmetic consultations, depending on your training and experience. The clinic is designed to support providers with efficient workflows, collaborative support staff, and the ability to practice with a meaningful level of autonomy.
This role is especially well-suited for providers who enjoy building long-term patient relationships, staying current on dermatologic treatments and procedures, and working in an environment that values both clinical quality and provider satisfaction.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat general dermatologic conditions
- Perform or assist with dermatologic surgical procedures
- Provide cosmetic dermatology services consistent with training and experience
- Develop individualized treatment plans and follow-up care recommendations
- Educate patients on diagnoses, medications, procedures, and preventive care
- Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently within the EMR
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain compliance with clinical, safety, and documentation standards
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Support a positive patient experience and high standard of care
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited U.S.-based Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Active or eligible NP or PA license
- Minimum of 1 year of general dermatology experience required
- Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills
- Ability to work full-time Monday–Friday schedule
Preferred Background
- Experience in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology
- Prior outpatient dermatology clinic experience
- Procedural dermatology exposure
- Experience with cosmetic consultations and treatments
- Strong EMR documentation skills
