Work Schedule: Wednesday 3pm-7pm & Saturday 8am-12pm

Perform focused histories and physical exams tailored to weight management and wellness
Order and interpret labs, diagnostics, and ECGs
Provide preventive counseling, nutrition guidance, and program education
Prescribe medications in accordance with collaborative agreement
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans
Document thoroughly in EMR according to company standards
Coordinate referrals and follow-ups to ensure continuity of care
Mentor clinical staff and support quality improvement initiatives
Participate in program development and pilot launches
Contribute to enhancing patient experience and clinic performance
Serve as a clinical liaison within the practice
