A confidential onsite employee health clinic in Odessa, TX is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time contract role. This is an open position which will start with a 6 week contract with extensions possible.
This is a weekday clinic role focused on primary care, wellness, prevention, acute visits, chronic condition support and patient education in a professional onsite health setting.
Monday–Friday
8:00 AM–5:00 PM
60-minute meal break
No nights or weekends
Provide primary care and wellness services to adult patients
Treat common acute concerns and support chronic condition management
Complete wellness visits, screenings, and preventive care education
Order appropriate testing and prescribe within scope
Document care in Epic
Collaborate with clinic staff and clinical leadership as needed
Active Texas Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
Active AHA BLS
Experience in primary care, family medicine, urgent care, occupational health or employee health
Epic experience preferred
Strong communication, documentation and patient education skills
Comfortable working in an onsite clinic environment
Predictable weekday schedule
