Who we are looking for
Kootenai Health is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner experience preferred in neurology, hospital medicine, internal medicine, or other medical specialties to practice at our regional referral center hospital located in beautiful Coeur dAlene, Idaho.
Ideal candidates will have a strong focus on quality, safety, teamwork, and patient satisfaction and have experience working in busy, high acuity hospital departments.
What you can expect
- Full-time and Part-time schedule offered
- 10-hour shifts with the expectation that the team of APPs will cover the hospital 7 days a week, 365 days a year, may include a mix of clinic and hospital shifts to meet FTE requirements
- Working in collaboration with neuro-hospitalist to support ED stroke alerts, inpatient consults, EMU rounding, post-discharge follow-up
