LCMC Health is seeking a dedicated and clinically driven Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Oncology Lung Nodule Program at University Medical Center New Orleans. This is a unique opportunity to work in a specialized, multidisciplinary oncology setting focused on early detection, coordinated care, and improved outcomes for patients with pulmonary nodules.
Position Summary
The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing comprehensive outpatient care to patients within the Lung Nodule Program. This role includes performing physical examinations, implementing preventive health measures, and developing treatment strategies in collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. The NP evaluates patient responses to care and ensures continuity and quality across the care continuum.
