Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Pay Rate: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00
A mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in the Conroe, Texas area is seeking an experienced Women's Health Nurse Practitioner to join a growing, patient-centered program serving a diverse community.

Manageable patient volume of 18-20 patients per day

What you'll do
Provide comprehensive Women's Health care in an outpatient setting
Manage a patient mix of:
~75% prenatal and postpartum care
~20% well-woman exams
Support menopause and hormone replacement therapy management
Collaborate closely with physicians, clinical staff, and care teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
What we're looking for
Nurse Practitioner (FNP/WHNP)
2-5 years of Women's Health experience preferred
No new graduates at this time
Comfortable managing prenatal and postpartum patients
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
Passion for serving a diverse and underserved patient population
Practice environment
Work alongside an established Women's Health team with OB/GYN physician support
Integrated organization with APPs, resident physicians, and family medicine providers
Strong clinical support with dedicated Medical Assistants
