Title: Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) – Pain Management

Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 annually (based on experience)
We are seeking a highly motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP)orPhysician Assistant (PA) with a passion for pain management to join a growing outpatient medical practice on the Northside of Indianapolis. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a supportive clinical environment and the ability to practice at the top of your license.
Conduct patient evaluations and assessments for chronic and acute pain conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
Manage patient medications, including controlled substance therapy within regulatory guidelines
Provide patient education on pain management goals and expectations
Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members for optimal outcomes
Document accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) and maintain compliance with clinic policies
Active NP or PA license eligible in the state of Indiana
Certification from an accredited NP or PA program
Previous experience in pain management, primary care, or musculoskeletal care preferred
Strong communication and patient management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a patient-centered team
