About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP)orPhysician Assistant (PA) with a passion for pain management to join a growing outpatient medical practice on the Northside of Indianapolis. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a supportive clinical environment and the ability to practice at the top of your license.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient evaluations and assessments for chronic and acute pain conditions

  • Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians

  • Manage patient medications, including controlled substance therapy within regulatory guidelines

  • Provide patient education on pain management goals and expectations

  • Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members for optimal outcomes

  • Document accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) and maintain compliance with clinic policies


Qualifications

  • Active NP or PA license eligible in the state of Indiana

  • Certification from an accredited NP or PA program

  • Previous experience in pain management, primary care, or musculoskeletal care preferred

  • Strong communication and patient management skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a patient-centered team
