What Youll Do
- Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting
- Conduct procedures such as intubation, chest tube placement, umbilical and PICC line insertion, arterial sticks, and assisting with IV insertions
- Support neonatal resuscitation and stabilization efforts based on unit protocols
- Transport neonates as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
- Cover scheduled shifts, as needed, including specific dates throughout the year
What You Need
Required:
- Valid PA RN license or Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant certification in PA
- Neonatal or Level III NICU experience
- Ability to perform key neonatal procedures described above
- Flexibility to work scheduled shifts on specific dates
Preferred:
- Experience with neonatal transport
- Additional certifications relevant to neonatal care
