What Youll Do
- Provide neurocritical care coverage in a 10-bed Neuro ICU setting
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor neurological status and respond to critical changes
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately
- Ensure compliance with hospital and healthcare regulations
- Support continuity of care during shift transitions
What You Need
Required:
- Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in North Carolina
- Neurocritical Care experience (preferred)
- BLS, ACLS certifications
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and flexible schedules
Preferred:
- Past experience in ICU or neuro-critical settings
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude
