What You’ll Do- Provide hospitalist coverage for adult patients in a hospital setting
- Manage patient care during 7a-7p shifts, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a diverse patient population
- Document clinical findings accurately and efficiently
- Support patient flow and prioritize urgent situations as needed
- Utilize your experience with procedures like intubations and lines if applicable (must provide case logs if performing procedures regularly)
- Ensure compliance with hospital and healthcare standards
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Wisconsin
- At least 1 year of hospitalist or urgent care experience
- Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) certifications preferred or required
Preferred:
- Experience with procedures such as intubations and line placements (case logs required if performing procedures)
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
