Collaborative Culture - Work with a team that values trust respect integrity and compassion.What Youll DoBuild professional relationships within the hospital to bridge the multidisciplinary care for patients in the hospital setting.Work closely with a collaborating physician to improve the decision-making process for patients in the outpatient clinic.Conduct assessments interpret diagnostics and develop individualized treatment plans.Manage acute and long-term oncology care including treatment monitoring and patient education.Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and mentor healthcare professionals.Support protocol development quality improvement and outcome tracking. What Were Looking ForEducation MSN preferred & accredited NP program completion.Experience 2 years in oncology nursing or comparable NP internship preferred.License Active RN & NP certification in Indiana with prescriptive authority or within 6 months.Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner AOCNP certification or Oncology Certified Nurse OCN preferred to help maintain current Commission on Cancer accreditation.
