This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced, compassionate FNP, who enjoys caring for a diverse population of patients--including both adults and children. Applicants must have at least 3 years of experience in a family practice setting.
$120,000 base salary, no RVU's and paid malpractice insurance. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, our providers are eligible to apply for student loan repayment through National Health Service Corps (NHSC)- up to $75,000 for full-time employees. Other benefits include paid vacation, sick time, and retirement benefits.
What You'll Do:
? Work directly with patients Monday through Friday- No Weekends
? Perform Adult and Pediatric Assessments
? Communicate clearly with Providers, Patients, and CHS Staff
? Follow-up on Lab and Diagnostic testing
? Administer injections as needed
? Follow all safety, HIPAA, and regulatory guidelines
What We're Looking For:
? Graduate of a current accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Program
? Current License to practice in the State of Ohio as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
? Current Basic Life Support Certification
? Minimum of three years as an FNP preferred
? Knowledge of documenting with EHR
? Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task
? Ability to critically think and problem solve
