We are seeking an experienced, compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our Rural Health Clinics. You'll serve patients across the lifespan with a focus on primary, preventive, and chronic care in a team-based setting.
Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages
See an average of 18–22 patients per day
Manage a mix of acute, chronic, and wellness visits
Perform in-office procedures (based on scope and training)
Document patient encounters in EHR/EMR
Support a culture of safety, empathy, and service
Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff
Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are encouraged to apply.
Required:
Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Current, unrestricted Arizona RN license
Current, unrestricted Arizona Nurse Practitioner license (FNP or Adult NP)
Current Prescribing & Dispensing License (AZ)
DEA Certificate (Controlled Substance Registration)
BLS or ACLS Certification (AHA)
Active medical staff privileges (or ability to obtain)
Proficiency with EHR/EMR systems and clinical technology
Preferred:
2+ years of experience in Family Practice or Primary Care
Familiarity with rural or underserved healthcare settings
Passionate about patient-centered, evidence-based care
Strong communicator, adaptable, and collaborative
Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern health IT tools
Driven to improve community health and wellness
Open to feedback and focused on continual growth
Ready to contribute to a small team with big impact
