Pay & Benefits:

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide urgent care services to adult and pediatric patients (6 months and older) in a high-volume setting
  • Manage all cases independently as the sole provider, including minor procedures like lac repairs and ear irrigations
  • Document visits accurately in Epic EMR system after training
  • Maintain positive rapport with support staff and patients
  • Follow established clinical protocols and quality standards
  • Participate in mandatory training sessions on scheduled Wednesdays

What You Need:
Required:
  • Active North Carolina medical license and DEA registration
  • Board-certified or eligible in Family Medicine NP or PA credential
  • Minimum 12 months recent experience in urgent care or comparable setting
  • Proficiency with Epic EMR software
  • Strong clinical skills handling both adult and pediatric patients
  • Excellent soft skills, communication, and patient care attitude

Preferred:
  • Experience with minor procedures (e.g., lac repairs)
  • Ability to see or treat a minimum patient volume (average 45 PPD)
  • Ability to participate in scheduled training sessions
