What You’ll Do
  • Provide high-quality urgent care to adult and pediatric patients (6 months+).
  • Independently evaluate and treat all patients, managing a high volume caseload.
  • Perform minor procedures such as lac repairs and ear irrigations.
  • Document visits accurately using Epic EMR system with modified training.
  • Collaborate with support staff and adhere to clinic protocols.
  • Participate in required training and onboarding on scheduled Wednesdays.
  • Demonstrate excellent soft skills and positive attitude in patient interactions.


What You Need
Required:
  • Active North Carolina license and NC DEA registration.
  • Minimum of 12 months urgent care experience, treating both adults and children.
  • Board certification (BC, NCCPA, NP Boards), BLS certification.
  • Proficiency with Epic EMR.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:
  • Experience with minor procedures such as lac repairs and ear irrigations.
  • Strong communication and soft skills.
  • Flexibility to participate in scheduled training sessions.
