What Youll Do- Provide high-quality urgent care to adult and pediatric patients (6 months+).
- Independently evaluate and treat all patients, managing a high volume caseload.
- Perform minor procedures such as lac repairs and ear irrigations.
- Document visits accurately using Epic EMR system with modified training.
- Collaborate with support staff and adhere to clinic protocols.
- Participate in required training and onboarding on scheduled Wednesdays.
- Demonstrate excellent soft skills and positive attitude in patient interactions.
What You NeedRequired:- Active North Carolina license and NC DEA registration.
- Minimum of 12 months urgent care experience, treating both adults and children.
- Board certification (BC, NCCPA, NP Boards), BLS certification.
- Proficiency with Epic EMR.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:- Experience with minor procedures such as lac repairs and ear irrigations.
- Strong communication and soft skills.
- Flexibility to participate in scheduled training sessions.
