What You’ll Do:
- Provide advanced nursing care in the ICU/Critical Care unit
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans

- Manage and educate critically ill patients and their families
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and legal regulations
- Document patient care thoroughly in electronic health records
What You Need:
Required:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
- 2+ years of critical care or ICU experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Preferred:
- Experience in a hospital or teaching hospital setting
- Ability to work flexible shifts and staff rotational schedules
