    Job Summary

    Tenet Healthcare and the Palm Beach Health Network Physician Group is looking to grow its colorectal surgery team and is seeking Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to serve the Palm Beach Gardens area with occasional coverage in West Palm Beach. This position offers a blend of clinic and hospital-based responsibilities alongside a collaborative practice environment that includes one experienced APP. New graduates and experienced Nurse Practitioners are encouraged to apply for this opportunity to build a rewarding career in a specialized surgical setting.

    Job Highlights:

    • Mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient hospital responsibilities
    • Primarily based in Palm Beach Gardens with occasional coverage in West Palm Beach
    • Monday-Friday schedule with no call and no weekend requirements
    • Work alongside a colorectal surgery Physician and one additional APP
    • Open to both new graduate and experienced Nurse Practitioners

    Qualifications

    Education and Experience

    Includes minimum education, technical training, and/or experience required to perform the job:

    • Master's degree in nursing (MSN) required
    • Current Florida Advance Registered Nurse Practitioner License
    • Current American Heart Association BLS Certification for Health Care Provider required
    • Current American Heart Association ACLS Certification for Health Care Provider required
    • EMR/EHR experience preferred, NextGen or Athena experience preferred
    • Proficiency in a windows environment with a working knowledge of Word, Outlook, and the Internet is required
    • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and employees
    • Willingness to be flexible and adaptable in a complex, matrix environment
