Nurse Practitioner Float - Clinic

Pay: $74.87/hour, Paid Weekly

Location: Orange Park, FL

  • Must be willing to float to cover Macclenny, Callahan, and the surrounding Jacksonville area
  • 2–3 weekdays and every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday

Hours: Approximately 30–38 hours per week

Weekdays 0830-1930 Sat 0900-1730 Sun 0900-1630)

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary and family healthcare services for patients across the lifespan
  • Conduct accurate patient assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care
  • Perform routine physical examinations and preventative health screenings
  • Manage chronic conditions and support behavioral health initiatives
  • Educate and engage patients in maintaining and improving their overall health
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure quality patient care
  • Support clinic operations including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and administrative tasks
  • Maintain timely and accurate patient documentation

 

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program
  • Current National Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
  • Active RN license in the state of Florida
  • Current BLS Certification
  • Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative care team
