Job Summary:
Location: Methodist Fremont Health Behavioral Medicine
Address: 2560 North Heathy Way, Fremont NE
Work Schedule: M-F 8a-5:30p
Complete comprehensive evaluations of patients according to psychiatric guidelines; mental health status evaluations, formulations, diagnoses, and detailed treatment plans; make referrals for further diagnostic medical testing as needed; provide individual, group, family and pharmacologic therapeutic interventions as necessary; provide crisis intervention and referrals; provide consultations on psychiatric disease for emergency department patients and inpatients; maintain documentation, records, and reports in accordance with prevailing rules, regulations and standards. All activities of the Nurse Practitioner shall be in accordance with State and Federal standards and Medical Staff Bylaws pertaining to Allied Health Professionals.
