Nurse Practitioner – Aesthetics / Plastic Surgery

The Position: Our client is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a background in aesthetics and/or dermatology. This role focuses on patient consultations, cosmetic treatments, and developing comprehensive skincare and treatment plans.

Requirements:
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
- Active Florida License Required
- 1–2 Years of Aesthetic / Cosmetic Experience Required
- 2–3 Years of Dermatology Experience Preferred
- Experience with cosmetic consultations and treatment planning
- Comfortable recommending and selling medical-grade skincare products
Responsibilities:
- Monday – Friday (9am – 5pm)
- ½ day on one Saturday per month
- Perform aesthetic services, cosmetic treatments, and laser procedures
- Conduct patient consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Recommend skincare products and ongoing treatment plans to patients
- Perform minimally invasive cosmetic procedures (e.g., mole/cyst removal, earlobe repair)
- Assist physicians during surgical procedures as needed
- Monitor patient condition before, during, and after treatments
- Provide pre- and post-procedure education and follow-up care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR (Nextech)
- Prepare exam and procedure rooms for outpatient services
- Maintain knowledge of current and new treatments, products, and equipment
- Engage with patients to build long-term relationships and retention
- Participate in marketing initiatives, including social media content when needed
- Attend staff meetings, events, and professional development opportunities
