The Nurse Manager for Unit 3200 – Telemetry I is responsible for the overall leadership, coordination, and management of clinical and operational activities within the department. This role ensures the delivery of safe, effective, patient-centered care while promoting quality outcomes, staff engagement, regulatory compliance, and fiscal responsibility. The Nurse Manager serves as a clinical and administrative leader, supporting staff development and maintaining a collaborative interdisciplinary environment.

Education/ Licensure/ Certification Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Alabama.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Current BLS certification required; ACLS certification required.
Experience:
Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
Prior leadership or supervisory experience (Charge Nurse, Assistant Manager) in the specialty telemetry area preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to effectively manage staff, workflow, and patient care operations in a fast-paced environment.
