Nurse Manager - Specialty Outpatient Services
Role Summary Howard University Hospital is seeking a Nurse Manager - Specialty Outpatient Services to provide operational and clinical leadership for specialty outpatient programs including infusion services, diabetes education, wound care, and other ambulatory specialty services. Reporting to the Director of Specialty Outpatient Services, this role oversees daily operations, staffing, quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and patient care delivery across assigned programs.
This leader will collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered care. The Nurse Manager will also step into clinical duties as needed to support staffing and operational continuity.

What We Offer
Pay Schedule Salary Range: $94,842 - $151,746 annually Compensation is determined based on experience, education, and internal equity. Position Type: Full-Time FLSA Status: Exempt Schedule: Primarily Monday-Friday daytime hours with occasional evening or weekend coverage based on operational needs.
