Responsibilities:
Provide clinical oversight and guidance for nursing staff, medical assistants, etc.
Ensure facility compliance with current healthcare regulations
Ensure patient satisfaction
Establish office policies and procedures
Schedule staff to meet operational requirement
Supervise patient scheduling and registration
Monitor and evaluate staff performance
Hire and train clinical staff
Ensure patient records are current and complete
Oversee payroll
Supervise & support the nursing staff (LPNs & MAs)
