Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations within our Adult Medicine department. This leader will be responsible for clinical workflow optimization, staff development, patient safety initiatives, care coordination processes, regulatory compliance, and overall department performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor nursing and clinical support staff
Oversee clinical workflows and patient throughput
Ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations
Manage triage operations and care coordination processes
Support quality improvement initiatives
Monitor infection control and medication management programs
Collaborate with providers and department leadership
Analyze operational data to improve patient outcomes
Participate in strategic planning and department growth initiatives
