Join Our Team as a Nurse Manager - Labor and Delivery

Required Skills:
- Minimum of five years of obstetrical nursing experience with proven leadership abilities
- Strong knowledge of current trends and developments in nursing and patient care
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts (MA RN License)
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
- Demonstrated ability to oversee clinical operations and lead a team effectively
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous supervisory or managerial experience in a labor and delivery setting
- Inpatient OB certification
- Experience with staff training and process improvement initiatives
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Continued professional growth, with evidence of ongoing education and development in obstetrical nursing and leadership roles
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work days, Monday through Friday, 5x8 shifts from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, with weekend call coverage varying based on departmental needs
- Valid licensure, certifications, and travel or other reimbursements as applicable
- Ability to adapt to dynamic operational demands in a fast-paced healthcare environment
