What You’ll Do:

• Manage daily operations of the inpatient rehabilitation unit

• Support and mentor nursing staff while promoting exceptional patient care

• Coordinate patient care plans and ensure quality and compliance standards are met

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize rehabilitation outcomes

What You’ll Bring:

• Active RN license (TX)

• Leadership experience in inpatient rehab, acute care, or related healthcare settings preferred
