Principal Accountabilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor the policies and procedures necessary to maintain the standards required by accrediting bodies and/or licensing agencies. Review and oversee all contracts with insurance companies, home care companies and state or county agencies. Assist, as needed, with arranging for the appropriate data to be gathered for insurance companies when requests are made for information to be sent to them for their records.
Assist agency staff with the implementation of computer programs and materials necessary to support all standards and provide appropriate management information, i.e. expiring authorization reports.
Serve as Acting Administrator and/or nursing resource person for office and field staff in the Director's absence.
