What You'll Do
The nurse manager provides the assigned assisted living care unit with leadership and operations management consistent with the philosophy, mission, values and goals of the Nursing Health Services Department with support and direction from the Assistant Director of Nursing Health Services and Director of Nursing Health Services. Direct reports may include RN, LPN, trained medication assistant, CNA, and care aide. Responsibilities of this role include:
This role is eligible for TN sponsorship. Successful sponsorship will require state licensure and completion of the VisaScreen or equivalent certification. Mayo Clinic DOES NOT participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must have a BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
Licensure/Certification
You must have a current RN license registered with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and CPR certification.
