Nurse Manager, Cardiovascular Admin - Full-Time Day Shift

Compensation

$71.02 - $106.54 per hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do

  • Lead and oversee nursing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care
  • Inspire, coach, and develop your team-driving engagement, retention, and performance
  • Manage staffing and resources to maintain optimal patient outcomes
  • Partner with interdisciplinary teams to enhance care delivery and patient experience
  • Ensure compliance with clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices
  • Drive continuous improvement through quality initiatives and performance tracking
  • Oversee department budgets and contribute to financial stewardship
  • Support a culture of clinical excellence, collaboration, and compassion

What You Bring

  • BSN or MSN (required)
  • 3+ years of nursing experience and 2+ progressive years in leadership
  • Experience leading a Cath Lab or Operating Room (preferred)
  • Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Strong financial and operational acumen
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Current RN license + BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
