Proven clinical operations and nursing leadership skills in multi‑site environments. Strong project development, implementation, and change management capability. Exceptional verbal and written collaboration and communication skills. Strong critical thinking, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage multiple sites, priorities, and workflows independently. Working knowledge of financial and business principles, including budget planning, productivity monitoring, and strategic development. Proficiency with Epic EMR, scheduling systems, in‑basket/work queue management, and operational reporting.
Must be able to comprehend complex information, serve as a positive role model, remain flexible and open to change, and function effectively under pressure. Maintains professional and clinical competency appropriate to the services provided and patient populations served.
